  I've never heard it called "pooping air" before, that's hysterical.
  
  I don't have any good advice unfortunately, but I can say that I've been in that situation before and it does suck.

  When you're cleansing, all I have to say is, "never trust a fart."
  
  Getting a colonic helps to get rid of a lot of the gas build up. It's expensive, but it's really really fantastic in the beginning, middle and end of a cleanse. Sometimes they have 3 package deals.

    i don't think colon cleansing has to be necessarily expensive. Recently, i bought this Psyllium Husk thing, and it was considerably cheap. All you've got to do is dilute it in water and drink immediately. Seems to work pretty well for me.

  what kind of fast were you doing? i mean hunny, you probly just had a whole lot to release...loudly....
  
  and an aside: so when i was growing up, my parents called farting 'air pooping'! your post reminded me of the term so common in my childhood, one that i have not heard anyone else use until now,
