Hi All!

I'm starting my next juice fast on Tuesday (May 17th).
Are any of you starting a fast around that time?

I will create another Fast Log on this tribe, in case anyone is interested, or wants to chime in with supportive words. :)

You may remember, I did my last fast in November. It worked out great, EXCEPT that I broke my fast in a very wrong sort of way by pigging out on a giant gourmet meal, AND all my hard work was undone by the holiday season shortly thereafter.

May is a GREAT month for fasting and cleansing. I'm really excited to get started.
