You won't be sorry. I've only done 8 days of the 1st 30 days, but am thrilled that I've gone from once every 2-sometimes 6 days to daily eliminations, plus my stomach is starting to reshape. Hey Alynn, I'm also thinking of ordering the Dr. Natura Colonix program. There's another great review posted at http://www.ColonCleansingBlog.com, it's basically a daily journal that was kept by someone who went through the program. There were some pretty disgusting photos posted!

Yep, they really are. If you want to start detoxing with Colonix, that's a great idea. I did a similar cleanse earlier this year, and am pondering doing the same this weekend (ate too much this thanksgiving hehe). bottled juices are not healthy to fast on. they are "dead" juices that are not as supportive as fresh made juice.
