Juice fasting and wondering do you really need to buy a juicer and spend tonnns of $$ on organic veg. and fruit or can I just use Odwalla and Trader Joes organic juices? OOO and Y'all Should go to

they are "dead" juices that are not as supportive as fresh made juice.

If you want to start detoxing with Colonix, that's a great idea. I did a similar cleanse earlier this year, and am pondering doing the same this weekend (ate too much this thanksgiving hehe).

There's another great review posted at www.ColonCleansingBlog.com, it's basically a daily journal that was kept by someone who went through the program. There were some pretty disgusting photos posted! -

I've only done 8 days of the 1st 30 days, but am thrilled that I've gone from once every 2-sometimes 6 days to daily eliminations, plus my stomach is starting to reshape. I'm not saying you'll have the same results, but stick with it. You won't be sorry. And DRINK THE WATER, in fact start it the day you order it.
