I'm a 5 ft 9inch 145lb thin vegan male. I've done water fasts in the past of no more than a day. I would like to do a longer fast or a cleanse of some kind, but I want to make sure it will work with my body type. I was thinking about the master cleanse. I'm concerned about losing too much weight. What do you think? Any recommendations?

Mon, January 16, 2006 - 1:20 PMyou can do that. just add more syrup. i felt better going only half the time. i lose quickly on fasting and the master cleanse didnt rip pounds off my body at 6 lemonades a day for 4 days with low activity. i had the recc. amt of syrup.
