I started to prepare myself over the past few days; I've been day- fasting since the solstice and today I have commenced my first water fast; as of yet, I am unsure of how long this will continue for, but I am hoping my willpower will at least get me through the next few days...
I don't really know what to expect, I just know I need to cleanse, heal and reconnect...

well done for fasting since solstice !!
i was also cleansing since the 24th .... drinking barleygrass juice and vegi seaweed broth for 3 days....
then i went on to water when my body started chucking out some chems and i was overtaken with a cleansing reaction...
if you experience nausea, dizziness, weakness etc, try and ride the wave... be cozy in bed and relax.. this is known as the completion of a cycle... injesting the toxin was the beginning... i hugely recommend doing enemas whilst you cleanse... i did a few... very supportive... then i had a colonic and started shifting ooold matter.... just broke the cleanse last night with a bit of cooked quinoa.... many people choose to have green or at least vegi juice to come back.... just follow your bodies wisdom... which by this time in your cleanse you may be hearing loud and clear ! ..... i deeply recommend you stock up on some good quality probiotics and mabye some digestive enzymes to ease back to the foodland...... take care of your kidneys .... wrap them warmly and get into seaweed... winter is the time of the night, the ocean, water...
i recommend the book ``'cleanse and purify thyself'`` by richard anderson....
be gentle... love your gorgeous body... and drink lots of good fresh healing clean water..... blessed be
~~~... nice to see the stone circle.. the merry maidens/7sistars on here... pleiadian grove in wild pixified kernow ! -
thankyou for the advice, I have actually some Japanese Miso soup (soy bean and seaweed) in my cupboard, so I might try it out!!
Made it to day 4.
New Years eve I spent sensually with my boyfriend indoors; I have become increasingly tierd and lacking in energy, but I feel so much closer to reality.
I have been meditating, and it's occured to me that everything appears to be much sharper visually, and clearer mentally.
I have not even begun to feel hungry until today. Although half of me really doesn't want to concede so soon, I think that this might well be my last day without food for a while...
Happy 2007 to everyone :)
