I have just headed out on my liquidarian journey here, very new, could use some support from others who have been on this road a little longer:)
I have michael werners book, I belong to one breatharian support group and another support group that supports my choices but I think I am the only one there who is liquidarian.
So I am feeling a bit lonely..lol
Sure could use a few liquidarian friends!

Re: Any liquidarians in here looking for a *pen pal* or net pal:)
Thu, October 11, 2007 - 11:34 PMI have been thinking of doing the same thing but I am almost afraid - its Seems to be such an uncharted way of life… Before I went raw I read heaps of books websites, journals, went to talks and then finally went raw – there just isn’t the information on liquidarianism (if that’s even a word).. Maybe we should be pioneers together!! -

Fri, October 12, 2007 - 11:31 AMIf you start your own Tribe count me in. I don't eat much any more, but when I do I liquidfie with my mouth.
While chewing your foods be aware of mixing the food with saliva. Suck the juice from the bolus and swallow while holding the fiber in your mouth, mix with more saliva then swallow. This process will greatly improve digestion, calm the stomach and give the sensation of a comfortable fullness. One group of salivary glands are located under the front section of the tongue. They are a fountain of wonderful digestive aids. It’s the fountain in our mouths.
