  • Be sure to ask around...some people or schools of thought would NOT recommend this...I got this from google.com...

The coffee enema detoxifies the liver, as well as cleans the colon. Coffee stimulates the liver to make more bile. Bile, from the gallbladder draws out environmental and metabolic toxins, as well as the very irritating toxins from Candida albicans and other parasite-like organisms. The colon is the organ responsible for carrying away these toxins. In addition, coffee enemas stimulate the liver to produce enzymes that clean the blood. Coffee enemas also assist the colon to develop better function. In these ways, coffee enemas are an essential resource in a colon cleansing program
    decaffeinated

The coffee enema should consist of 1 quart of coffee solution, held for 15 to 30 minutes. Some people, children especially, can take and retain only a pint (2 cups) of enema solution at a time. If this is the case, one should take 2 coffee enemas, one right after releasing the first enema, and hold each for 15 to 30 minutes.
The only coffee to use in a coffee enemas are organically grown coffee beans.

    Coffee the Royal Flush

In a 2 qt Glass Pyrex Pot: Place 4 cups of filtered or distilled water 1/2 cup of organic coffee enema (any grind) from health store Stir in the coffee to make sure all is mixed in the water, then: bring to a boil and boil for 3 to 5 minutes (while stirring occasionally) Reduce heat and cover pot or saucepan with lid and let simmer for 10 to 12 minutes Remove from stove and let solution cool down to room temperature Strain coffee through fine sieve to remove as many coffee grinds as possible. Because of the boiling process, some of the water evaporated, so add plain filtered or distilled water to the coffee to bring it up to 4 full cups. Store the coffee in a sealed container and keep refrigerated. The instructions I read said the coffee enema can stay good for 4 to 5 days when refrigerated and should be used within that time for optimum benefits.

  • Yes, coffee in enema form is my second-favorite way to enjoy coffee. Organic coffee is highly recommended (whether caf or decaf). Just make sure it's not hot! Coffee enemas make a great adjunct to fasting. Enjoy.
    • <Just make sure it's not hot!>

      LOL
      • Has anyone heard of doing the lemon garlic enema (day one), then Coffie enema (day two) and then probiotic enema (day three)?
        • No, I haven't, but it sounds interesting. What do you know about it?
          • My friend told me that that was the proper order... and interesting enough when I got my last colonic the therapist told me to lay on my left side as the water entered and my friend told me to lay on my right side and hold each enema for 10 minutes. Whew, I have not done it yet but...

I believe the lemon is for the liver, Garlic ? (Parasites?), coffie for deep cleansing and Probiotic for positive flora back into your large intestant. The mentioned to use cool water and a powder form of probiotic.

I would love to hear anyother reasons...
            • hi there. i often do cleanses at a spa in thailand and they provide garlic and coffee solutions for the colemas there. The garlic is indeed for parasites, other bacteria etc, the lemon - well I can only assume that it's used for cleansing and alkalising properties, and coffee indeed for targeting the liver (although if you do this in the evening it can disturb sleep patterns if you are fasting). And you're bang on about the probiotic replacing the natural good flora. In terms of holding the enema for 10 mins - it's preferable to hold for as long as you can, but don't force. If you can only hold it for 3, or 5, etc, then so be it. It's best not to overwhelm yourself with the thought that you HAVE to do it for that long. You may find that you'll begin to hold it longer without so much effort after a few sessions, or you may find that 10mins is a breeze! I do the enema by laying on my back with a cushion under my bum to slightly angel the water flow inwards. There are a few theories. Whichever one works for you.x
