What do you people think of this guy?

Limbo told me about him at the library and I read some stuff on a website...Pretty far out, but what do you think?

    I've read Rational Fasting...his words sound old, but his ideas are sort of timeless...plus he was a living example of his work...i guess he only died cuz of a car wreck. anyway, he was way before his time. if you're looking for someone to read that is more with our times, try anything by Dr. Bernard Jenson.

      He died because he slipped and hit his head on a curb. I REALLY enjoyed "The mucusless Diet." It was not what I expected at all, his ideas about fasting and longevity were exciting, and got me all amped to fast.
